Connect to Banner Admin (Banner 9)

Banner Admin can be accessed from the IT Links for Enterprise Systems webpage. The link to Banner Admin Production is available on the main home screen.

Find the links to Production and all other Banner Admin instances on the green navigation bar on the left-hand side of the browser window. The TEST, USER, PPRD, UPGR, and PRJ1 instances are found under Banner Non-Prod.

In order to access Banner 9 you will need to use Duo two factor authentication. Duo enrollment instructions available here.

Banner Self-Service

Access Banner Self-Service through the link on myW&M or learn more about Banner Self-Service here.

Reports

Banner data is accessed via Qlik – W&M’s data discovery tool. Information regarding available reports, training, access and more may be found on the Data Self-Service page.

Request Access

Most Self-Services are granted automatically and depend on your role (or roles) at William & Mary. However, access to Finance Self-Service and Banner Admin must be requested by completing the Request Banner Access form through Request IT. Banner Admin access will require additional training.
