COVID-19 Update: Technology Support

- For urgent support questions, you may call the TSC at 757-221-4357 (or try our new support chat!) during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm) and Spring 2021 extended hours (M-Th, 5pm-7pm, Sat. 9am-3pm).
- Walk-in tech support is unavailable until further notice at all campus help desk locations.
Technology makes our lives so much easier and we all love that, but every once in a while (often when we're working on something really important) it comes up short. And that can be extremely frustrating.
But don't worry about it! Our Technology Support Center (Jones 201) houses a staff of full-time and student experts who are here to help with all your tech-related issues, in person, on the phone, or via email.

Spring 2021 Extended Support
Extended hours support is available through phone or chat. Services will be limited during the extended support hours, but will include password resets, Duo support, and basic troubleshooting.

Chat will be available during normal business hours for the Technology Support Center, which is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, except holidays. Chats conversations are recorded and saved for 90 days for service records and quality assurance.
