Our student employees are primarily responsible for troubleshooting and accurately documenting the tech-related concerns of W&M faculty, staff and students. So we are looking for people who are familiar with telephones, computer hardware, and a variety of software—like Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook, Mozilla Firefox, and anti-virus programs, for instance. Of course, excellent customer service and communication skills, both on the phone and in person, are also crucial.
