FM Warehouse

The Facilities Management Warehouse is front line support to the technicians and custodians at William & Mary. We stock over 1,500 items that can be quickly and efficiently accessed to assist in fixing simple problems across the campus. In addition, we work closely with the procurement specialist to order any material that is not stocked in the warehouse. Some of the services we provide include:

COVID Supplies - Shopping Cart Instructions
- All orders are subject to approval by the Director of EH&S and the availability of stock in the warehouse
- We ask that you keep all hand sanitizer bottles and pumps for reuse and refill
- VIMS employees must contact VIMS Facilities Management to request PPE items
Stocking and issuing material
Ordering and receiving non stock material
Deliver parts to requestors
Maintaining an accurate inventory of all materials stocked in the warehouse
Shipping materials when necessary
