Operations & Maintenance

Operations and Maintenance provides support services to the entire campus community. Our maintenance program is designed to ensure the long-term protection and enhancement of the university's capital assets.

Our staff is committed to creating and maintaining an environment that facilitates accomplishment of the university's academic and research programs.

Our maintenance activities include responding to routine service requests and emergencies, managing energy use, performing minor renovations and improvements, and landscaping maintenance. This is accomplished through four work groups:
