Fitness & Wellness Classes

Join us for Fitness & Wellness (FitWell) classes at the Bee McLeod Recreation Center, McLeod Tyler Wellness Center, and Briggs Amphitheatre at Lake Matoaka! Our instructors lead a variety of dynamic classes, including Yoga, Cardio Dance, Pilates, Barre, Step, Cycling, Body Pump, GRIT, Guided Meditation, and much more! Our classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers.

Sign up for classes on the W&M Wellness App or online at campusrec.wm.edu. Registration opens 48 hours in advance.

Fitness & Wellness Membership is free for full-time students and includes access to FitWell classes and FitWell series.
