Print to a Lab Printer
Instructions for Connecting
With W&M Express ending December 31, W&M will transition from Papercut to WEPA for lab printing beginning January 7th. Students will need funds loaded to their WEPA account to release print jobs. You can deposit funds by visiting the Wēpa website or downloading the Wepa Print app in your devices app store. See wepa release station locations below.
Print from your Computer, Smartphone or Tablet
Please find directions below for different printing options with wepa.

| Personal computer | Install the Wēpa Print driver. Then follow normal printing process (file > print) and select your printing preference (color, double-sided) |
| Phone/Tablet | Download and install the WEPA Print app from your platforms app store. Once installed, setup by choosing your school and logging in with your W&M Credentials. You can then upload files or connect to cloud services (Google Drive, OneDrive etc.) |

Visit the Wēpa website,login and upload your file. |
| Email print@wepanow.com from your W&M email account and attach your file. By default your document will be set as B&W. To change to color, click on edit options in your confirmation email from print@wepanow.com |

Refunds
To request a refund please email wepa support (help@wepanow.com)and provide your username along with the title of the document your requesting a refund for. Please provide photos of the defect to allow Wepa to determine steps needed to fix the issue.
