Print Management Program

Overview

On January 5, 2026 the Print Management Program will transition from ESI/Xerox to Omni Business Solutions.  Omni is a reseller of Ricoh Copiers and supports a wide variety of printer/copier manufacturers. Xerox will take their final meter readings to produce their final billings.  This final meter read will become the starting point for Omni.

Devices participating in the Print Management Program provides toner, repairs, and maintenance. Toner and billing are automatically monitored nightly as long as the device remains powered on and connected via ethernet cable to the W&M network. Paper and staples are the responsibility of each department.

If you need repairs/maintenance, supplies or are relocating a printer participating in the Print Management program, please contact the Technology Support Center.

If you wish to purchase a new department printer please submit an IT Procurement approval request in Request IT.
