ESI will electronically monitor the level of toner for devices participating in the program (except Ricoh copiers). Once the toner level reaches a predetermined level (typically around 25%), a member of the ESI supply team will email you. Please respond to the ESI email stating you would like toner to ship. The shipment will be delivered by UPS directly to your department.
Supplies provided for devices participating in the program include toner and maintenance by ESI in conjunction with William & Mary Information Technology. Departments with Dell printers can request a quote from W&M IT by emailing [[support]]. If your department has purchased another brand copier, outside of W&M, all supplies are the responsibility of the department. Please note, in all instances paper and staples are the responsibility of each department.
