ESI will electronically monitor the level of toner for devices participating in the Print Mgt program. Once the toner level reaches a predetermined level (typically around 20%). The shipment will be delivered by UPS directly to your department. Please note, in order for ESI to monitor the device billing and toner levels, the device must remain powered on and connected via ethernet cable to the W&M network nightly.

ESI provides toner and maintenance for all devices participating in the Print Mgt program. For devices not participating in the Print Mgt program, toner and maintenance outside of the normal scope of W&M IT repair, is the responsibility of each department. Please note, in all instances it is the responsibility of each department to provide staples and paper.

Staples

To purchase staples for Xerox and Ricoh machines, please email ESI at Purchase.Supply@xerox.com. They will require your staples item # and a ship to address.
