Our Research Ambassadors are undergraduate students with strong research backgrounds dedicated to helping other students have meaningful research experiences of their own. Connect with them in person, on Zoom, or via email with questions about:
- Exploring research interests
- Finding a faculty mentor
- Learning about funding opportunities
- Applying for research grants
- Publishing and presenting your work

Meet the Ambassadors
Ella Greene is a junior majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. Her research focuses on microbial responses to environmental stress.
Jada Luxene is a senior majoring in Global Studies with a concentration in the Middle East and a minor in Arabic. Their research areas include refugee/immigration policy, Quranic poetry, and human rights.
Elissa Press is a senior majoring in Classical Studies with a minor in History. She researches women's medical history as well as the intersections between antiquity and American history.
