She offers students the opportunity to express themselves through the arts in a supportive mindful environment. Becca teaches short courses in mindfulness to students, faculty and staff. She is a licensed clinical social worker and worked as a counselor at the William and Mary Counseling Center for over twenty years. She found mindfulness the most powerful tool she used to help clients she worked with through the years. She believes that everyone can learn the skills and benefit from the practice of mindfulness.
