Cardio Strength Training Workshop with Catherine

In this workshop Catherine walks us through a 3-circuit cardio and strength training workout that incorporates optional added weight throughout some of the movements. Participants can learn the moves with Catherine then complete this workout on their own whenever they would like! The second circuit is one that targets the lower body followed by the third circuit that hits the core! On average this workout should take roughly 45-60 minutes. At the end of the workout, participants should make sure they take some time to cool down, stretch, and drink plenty of water following their workout. Catherine is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified personal trainer at W&M Campus Rec and a junior studying English and Kinesiology. Her favorite type of exercises are running, strength training and hiking! Spotify Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6LLVHBGoJSDV7IHn0Gjg8Z
