Todd Stottlemyer, CEO of Acentra Health

Todd Stottlemyer ’85, P ’16, P ’21 majored in government while being on the football team. He was also part of the Kappa Sigma fraternity, the world’s largest national college social fraternity focusing on philanthropy and community service. Todd has used the lessons learned in these different areas in his career.

Aria Austin, Congressional Staffer in the U.S. Senate

Aria Austin ’21 majored in government with a minor in English. She was also a member of the Cleftomaniacs a cappella group, the Syndicate hip-hop dance team and a writing consultant for the Writing & Communication Center and TutorZone. She credits the Cohen Career Center with helping her achieve her dream of working in the U.S. Congress.

Osman (Oz) Parvaiz, Managing VP of Global Supply Chain at Capital One

Oz Parvaiz '99 majored in government and was elected class president three times. He also worked for residence life and served as a president's aide while on campus. Now, he helps recruit W&M students to work at Capital One and has participated in W&M’s Professional Development Week.

Ellen Stofan, Former chief scientist at NASA

Ellen Stofan ’83, HON D.SC. ’16, P ’10, P ’14 majored in geology and was part of two clubs closely associated with her major: Geology Club and Sigma Gamma Epsilon (honor society for the earth sciences). She was also a member of Phi Beta Phi and Phi Beta Kappa (the nation’s oldest, largest and most prestigious academic honor society).

Jamar Jones, Actor

Jamar Jones ’13 double majored in sociology and theatre and was a senior interviewer. While on campus, Jamar was in multiple theatre productions and created some himself. He is proud of helping others, especially when helping someone find themselves through the things they love.
