Departmental Ceremonies Recommended Parking

To assist you in finding the best available parking for departmental ceremonies, we have recommended parking zones for each event. Please note, the suggested areas are not a guarantee that parking will be available in those locations. Parking throughout the weekend is limited and is first-come, first-served.

Shuttles

Shuttles are provided primarily for those who may have difficulty walking distances. A shuttle arrives approximately every 15-20 minutes during the following times:

• Friday: 4:30-10 p.m.
  • Golf carts

  • At the following locations:

    • Parking Deck on Ukrop Way
    • Kaplan Arena Parking Lot
    • Rear Sadler Center Parking Lot
• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Mini-bus shuttles
  • At the following locations:

    • James Blair Drive
    • Legacy Circle
