Hello, my name is Rija Masroor. I lived in Karachi, Pakistan until I was 18, and my family is now based in McLean, Virginia. I am studying quantitative biochemistry with a minor in linguistics.

Lake Matoaka is a site of absolute tranquility and peace. The basement of Swem is quite underrated. Try many spots and you'll find a few gems.

Advice to New Students

Reach out to people from different avenues, including your residence hall, classes, clubs and campus events. There is something to learn from everyone.
