Hey y’all!! I’m Samuel, and I’m a rising sophomore from Guangzhou, China. I’m intending to double major in Economics and International Relation. On campus, I’m involved with The Flat Hat and Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, and I’m really into photography, as well as music, literature, and art. Lake Matoaka and Matoaka Trails! They’re such good places to chill and enjoy nature alone or with friends.  

Advice to New Students

Take it easy! You’ll be going through a lot of transitions and challenged in multiple aspects, but you will find your place on campus. Keep an open mind and roll with whatever comes at you, you’ll have a really meaningful and rewarding experience!
