Hi, I am Evan Zhou and I am an American-born Chinese. As an undergraduate, I studied international trade and marketing. After graduating, I pivoted towards data by working on data migration projects. My wife is currently studying acupuncture while I support the family and pursue my MBA part-time. My academic goal is to learn how to create, manage, and execute visions. My hobbies include reading and playing the piano. 

Favorite Spot on Campus

My favorite spot on-campus would be the Peninsula Center. As the satellite hub for members of the Part-Time MBA program, it provides the perfect meetup place to make friends. Amenities include hot chocolate and team meeting space. In addition to hearing lectures, you can also listen to specially invited guests to broaden your horizons. 

Advice for New Students

In any transition in life, it is far better to maintain curiosity and be the first to volunteer. While it might be challenging to find your niche in a new environment, everyone has a unique contribution to offer. By interacting with your diverse peers, you will experience new wonder and find zest in your life.
