About Chuyin

Hello everyone! My name is Chuyin, and I’m a senior majoring in Sociology. What I like about sociology is that it always helps me to see the connections between myself and every other individual in society. Outside of academics, I enjoy reading, music, and traveling and trying out new things.

Throughout my college years, I’ve gained so much support and meaningful experience from the international student community. Other than feeling grateful about it, perhaps the best thing I can do is to share that same sense of connection and belonging with others. I’m excited to help create more spaces where international students feel supported, seen, and truly at home—just as past international students once did for me.
