PBK Reservations

The Department of Theatre, Speech & Dance is not currently accepting reservation requests for performance spaces or departmental rooms in Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall.

We appreciate your interest in booking our space for your event. PBK is a wonderful facility that we are eager to share with the larger community, but construction and performance schedules make outside reservations difficult at this time. While we have been able to support some exciting events on the mainstage of the Glenn Close Theatre in early fall, the Department must devote our energies to launching our own dance and theatre season.

This pause on reservations requests will continue until February 2024 at the earliest.

Current W&M faculty, staff, and students may still request the use of public classrooms in Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall through EMS (academic events) or SUE (student events).
