Event Management System (EMS)

EMS (Event Management System) is an online reservation system for various campus spaces, facilities, equipment, and events at William & Mary.

You can browse availability, make a reservation, or modify a reservation via the self-service website at reservations.wm.edu. Learn how to make and modify reservations from our EMS How To section.

Both EMS and Outlook are currently used to manage reservations on campus, depending on department or type of reservation, though we are in the process of integrating the two systems. Departments using EMS are the following:

• Conference & Event Services
• Law School
• Mason School of Business
• VIMS

Need to book an academic space?

To book an academic space associated to a class with a CRN, contact the University Registrar.

To book an academic space that is not tied to a class with a CRN, contact the Student Unions & Engagement Office.
