Welcome to William & Mary! Here are some of the technology-related things that can help you get started.

Activate W&M Username
Have you activated your William & Mary account yet? You will need to create a secure, personalized password.

Set up a Recovery Email
Set up a recovery email address in case you ever forget your password.

Order Computers/Laptops/Equipment
Almost all computers and laptops on campus are part of a leasing program called the Equipment Service Program (ESP).

Request IT
Request IT is a system that allows customers to self-submit requests for selected IT services.

Authenticate Devices
Every device that uses the William & Mary network has to be authenticated to gain access.

Access Email
Once your account has been established, you will be able to access your Office 365 Outlook email account.

Internet Access
For Wi-Fi, use the eduroam network for a fast and secure wireless connection.

Teams Calls
Campus phone service goes through Microsoft Teams ("Teams Calls").

Get Software
Check out the Software Distribution Site for all available discounted and licensed software at W&M.

Enroll in Duo
Duo uses a secondary point of contact to provide an additional level of security.
