Password Recovery

Use or modify a password recovery email address for your W&M account.

Ever forget your W&M account's password?  It's frustrating, and it can happen at the most inconvenient times.  With a bit of advanced planning, you can reset it on your own, at any time, through Microsoft's Self-Service Password Recovery system. You should already have this configured with the email address you had when your W&M user account was created.

Update your Password Recovery Email Address

  1. Go to the Microsoft Security Info site.
  2. Look for email in the list of sign-in methods. Click on the change text next to your current recovery email address to update the email address.
  3. Confirm the email address (Use the code in the activation email sent to the recovery email address you selected).

And you're all set!
