Password Recovery
Use or modify a password recovery email address for your W&M account.
Ever forget your W&M account's password? It's frustrating, and it can happen at the most inconvenient times. With a bit of advanced planning, you can reset it on your own, at any time, through Microsoft's Self-Service Password Recovery system. You should already have this configured with the email address you had when your W&M user account was created.
Update your Password Recovery Email Address
- Go to the Microsoft Security Info site.
- Look for email in the list of sign-in methods. Click on the change text next to your current recovery email address to update the email address.
- Confirm the email address (Use the code in the activation email sent to the recovery email address you selected).
And you're all set!
