Mapping Mo'orea

Anthropology professor Jennifer Kahn and her graduate students have been researching the historical relationships between religious, culturally significant, and residential sites; flora and fauna; and proximity to key geographic and topographic features on the island of Mo'orea. An undergraduate CGA researcher helped organize and document the project and has run their own analysis on the placement of trees as they relate to important cultural sites. The CGA continues to support ongoing analysis, data collection and management.
