Sofia Politte’s passion for conservation and environmental science was inspired by National Geographic magazines, nature books, and the PBS Kids show “Wild Krats". She enjoys learning about nature, but even more, sharing her knowledge about nature with her family and friends in hopes of inspiring a similar connection to the natural world.
She has lived abroad her entire life and enjoys working with her community. In the fall of 2021, Sofia planned, facilitated, and led a learning differences awareness campaign at her high school in the hope of dissolving misconceptions and destigmatizing learning disabilities in her community.
