Biography

Leo Eichers '25 is a chemistry and geology student from Arlington, VA. He is passionate about improving public access to scientific research, having previously worked with local organizations to monitor eastern bluebird populations in the Williamsburg area and involve high school students in air quality monitoring.

He works as a laboratory teaching assistant for the W&M Chemistry Department, takes part in research with Dr. Nathan Kidwell’s atmospheric chemistry lab, and conducts research through the IIC Conservation Research Program. He hopes to apply his experience to a future career in education and research.

Leo volunteers with the Virginia Master Naturalists,  and participates in W&M Club Swim.
