Jamestown North and South The new residence halls are the first to be built at the university since Preston and Nicholas halls, part of the Randolph Complex, in the fall of 1989.

The new facilities are approximately 133,000 GSF with a 388 bed capacity. The design includes "green building" strategies. The building will have Flemish Bond Brick Face.

  • Progress: Construction was completed in July 2006 and opened for the Fall 2006 semester.
