Here at the Tribe Card Services Office, we unite William & Mary through a secure and reliable single card system that makes it easy for you to access goods and services all over campus. Whether you're looking to check out a book from Swem library or hit one of the treadmills at the W&M Rec Center, make sure you've got your ID card!
Initial cards are typically issued to New Students enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program during your Orientation Program. To start the process visit, Upload Tribe Card Photo, and complete all three steps. If you are not participating in a student Orientation Program or would like to collect your card prior to your Orientation Program, please visit our office to pick up your Tribe Card. The cost for affiliate, contractor, and unclassified student Tribe Cards is $23.00. All purchases are non-refundable.
A New Employee should utilize online photo and Government ID submission via the GET Mobile App. Visit Upload Tribe Card Photo, and complete all three steps. When the photo accepted email has been received, visit our office to pick up your Tribe Card.

The cost of a replacement card is $23. To begin, upload your photo and verify your identity online. Then visit our office to purchase your card. Photos will be accepted during your visit. Bring a valid Government issued photo ID which includes your name, birth date and expiration date with you to our office to verify your identity. Replacement cards may be billed to a Student's account. Once a card is replaced, previous cards will not function. All purchases are non-refundable.
