Tribe Card Services is open by appointment to issue Student, Employee, Affiliate, and Replacement cards.
Our office is is located in the Campus Center, Room 169. We are open by appointment only. Please schedule a visit. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm. Here at the Tribe Card Services Office, we unite William & Mary through a secure and reliable single card system that makes it easy for you to access goods and services all over campus. Whether you're looking to check out a book from Swem library or hit one of the treadmills at the W&M Rec Center, make sure you've got your ID card!
Initial cards are issued to new employees and new, classified students, enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program. The cost for affiliate, contractor, and unclassified student Tribe Cards is $23.00. To start the process visit, Upload Tribe Card Photo, and complete all three steps.
