W&M Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg on Sept. 25-27, 2019
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg September 25-27, 2019.
Board meetings will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday September 25, in the Board Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Rd. and continue until approximately 6:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner in the Commons Dining room, located at 651 Ukrop Way.
On Thursday, September 26, meetings will resume at 7:45 a.m. in the Board Room in Blow Hall and continue until 11:45 a.m. At noon, the Board will have lunch in the Fraternity/Sorority Community Building, located at 650 Ukrop Way. At approximately 2:00 p.m., meetings will resume in Blow Hall and continue until 5:15 p.m. At approximately 5:45 p.m., the Board will meet in the Blue Room of the Sir Christopher Wren Building, located at 111 Jamestown Rd. The recitation of the Board pledge, pinning of new members and signing of the Board roster book will be immediately followed by a reception and dinner honoring retiring Board members in the Great Hall of Wren.
On Friday September 27, Board meetings will resume at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Room in Blow Hall, and should conclude at approximately 12:15 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
