BOV Executive Committee Meeting - May 11, 2021

In accordance with Va. Code § 2.2-3708.2, the executive committee of William & Mary Board of Visitors met by electronic communication means on Tuesday, May 11, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time to hear an update from leadership at William & Mary and Richard Bland College regarding operational issues related to COVID-19 in accordance with Item 4-0.01.g of the 2020 Amendments to the 2019 Appropriations Act. The amendment provides governing boards with the ability to hold meetings electronically without a quorum present while the Commonwealth is under a State of Emergency.
