BOV Executive Committee Virtual Meeting - July 15, 2020
In accordance with Va. Code § 2.2-3708.2, the executive committee of the William & Mary Board of Visitors met by electronic communication means on Wednesday, July 15, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Eastern Time to hear an update from university leadership regarding impacts and issues related to COVID-19. The meeting was held in accordance with Item 4-0.01.g of the 2020 Appropriation Act, which provides governing boards with the ability to hold meetings electronically without a quorum present while the Commonwealth is under a State of Emergency.
Live audio and video streaming of open sessions was made available during the meeting.
