Virginia Higher Education Procurement Consortium (VHEPC)

The Virginia Higher Education Procurement Consortium (VHEPC) is a collaborative purchasing consortium serving Virginia’s public colleges and universities. VHEPC uses collective purchasing power, spend data, and strategic sourcing to develop cooperative contracts with competitive pricing, favorable terms, and higher-education-focused solutions.
