SWaMfest is the premier networking and educational event for SWaM-certified businesses. SWaMfest is hosted by the Virginia Association of State College and University Purchasing Professionals (VASCUPP) and has been held annually since 2001. The event is held in the fall and spans two days. Each VASCUPP member institution, various state agencies, business development and affinity organizations, and businesses of all sizes participate in SWaMfest.
