Microsoft Office 365 Teams is Here!

Full Description

Teams (part of the Microsoft Office 365 webapp suite) provides a chat-based hub for teamwork and group-based collaboration. Have a conversation, share files, store files and notes, or hold a meeting in Teams.

Access Teams

You can access Teams by going to office.wm.edu and click on the Teams tile. Or install the client on your desktop using the following steps:

Go to office.wm.edu
Click on the Teams tile
At the top of the page, there will be a download prompt
Click Download
Follow the installation prompts

Stay in touch with the Teams Mobile App! Search for Microsoft Teams in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

Make a Team

To create a team...

First, login to Request IT by navigating to support.wm.edu.
Click Need Access
Click O365/MS Teams
Click O365 Group/Teams Creation
Fill out the form, hit Next then Submit

Once your team has been set-up, you can add team members, content, and channels to your team.

Classroom Training

In-person classroom training for Teams is available!

Every Wednesday - Until October 31

2:30 - 4:00pm

Sign-up for a training session via Cornerstone.

Go to cornerstone.wm.edu
Log in with your WMuserid and password
Click Browse for Training
In the Search Bar, enter Getting Started with Microsoft Teams.
Click Request by your preferred training date.
