The mission of the Institute of Integrative Conservation (IIC) is to empower an inclusive community of thought leaders to create and deliver timely, innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing conservation challenges.
The IIC i seeking a Director of Development to craft, lead, and execute a fundraising strategy for the IIC, to help us achieve this mission. This is an especially exciting opportunity to lead fundraising efforts for conservation education at a time of growth for the IIC and W&M following a $30M gift to establish Gates Hall, a LEED-certified, state-of-the-art building, and the future home of the IIC. We hope to find an innovative leader who can acquire, retain, reactivate, and upgrade donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporations.
