About
Chelsea T. Smith is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Higher Education. Dr. Smith is committed to the academic and professional development of graduate students. Her areas of expertise include Black women in higher education, graduate student development, and pedagogical training. Chelsea is actively involved in the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE), the American Education Research Association (AERA), and ACPA College Student Educators International. Chelsea completed her M.Ed and Graduate Certificate at Iowa State University and her Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Georgia. She completed her Ph.D. at NC State University.
