Andra Hiriscau is an applied microeconomics researcher interested in topics related to labor and gender economics. Her research focuses on the impact of paid maternity leave on fertility and mother's labor force participation. At Florida International University, she taught Principles of Macroeconomics, Principles of Microeconomics, and Intermediate Macroeconomics. At William & Mary, she teaches Intermediate Microeconomics and Econometrics.
