Parking Information
Please park in the PBK Circle lot directly in front of PBK Memorial Hall and the Music Arts Center, Boswell lot (adjacent to PBK and connected by a walking path), or in the parking garage on Ukrop Way. Visitors must pay for parking using the Passport App after 5:00pm Monday-Thursday; parking is $1.50/hour. Use Zone 1479 for PBK Circle lot and Zone 1484 for Boswell lot. Parking is free on weekends beginning at 5:00pm Friday. Visit the Parking page for more information.
Hours
The Box Office will open for in-person sales 90 minutes before an event begins. The best way to reserve your tickets is through our ticketing website, however, Box Office staff will be available for sales before every event.

Arts Quarter Music Series

Non-W&M Events
Some outside events and productions do not run their ticket sales through the PBK Box Office. We encourage you to contact Conference & Event Services for more information about hosting events in PBK Hall.
Refunds and Exchanges
William & Mary's Arts Quarter does not offer ticket refunds, except under extreme circumstances, and at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. To request a refund, please email boxoffice@wm.edu. Ticket exchanges are offered between performance nights of the same show, and for other performances or events within the same category or pricing tier. Ticket exchanges may be requested in the Box Office or by emailing boxoffice@wm.edu.
