Fall 2024 Meal Plans

Use the new streamlined to make an eligible change to your meal plan and add Dining Dollars as you go throughout the semester. Charge adjustments are applied to student accounts at the time of change and students can see exactly what adjustments (including additional charges, refunds, etc) will be before finalizing changes. Credits or charges will then be submitted to the Student Account.

All residential students will be defaulted to the All Access Meal Plan for the Fall 2024 semester. Eligible students may make ONE change to their meal plan selection beginning July 8, 2024. Students will receive a notification when the portal opens for Fall 2024.

Please note that meal plan options have not changed with the transition to the new portal. Visit to view the full list of available plans and pricing for the upcoming semester.

Building Access

This summer, we are upgrading and implementing AccessIt: our new access control system across the William & Mary and VIMS campuses. This upgrade involves replacing over 1500 card readers, paving the way for mobile credential readiness. Utilizing non-proprietary Mercury hardware, AccessIT offers increased flexibility and significant cost savings. Recognized as a best-in-class solution for access control, this system ensures enhanced security and convenience. Our trusted partner, ATech, will oversee the installation to ensure a smooth transition.
