W&M Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg on April 22-23
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet at the Alumni House, located at 500 Richmond Road in Williamsburg on April 22-23, 2021.
Committee meetings will begin at noon on Thursday April 22, and conclude for the day at 4:00 p.m. The full Board will convene at 4:15 p.m. and is scheduled to conclude at 5:45 p.m. and then attend dinner at 6:30 p.m., in the Williamsburg Inn, located at 136 Francis St E in Williamsburg.
On Friday, April 23, committee meetings will begin at 7:30 a.m. in the Alumni House, following by a meeting of the full Board beginning at 9:15 a.m. concluding at approximately noon, followed by lunch. All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary.
In accordance with Va. Code §2.2-3708.2.D, the public may witness the meetings by attending in person or remotely. Anyone who attends in person is required to wear a face mask the entire time they are inside the building and while on campus. Attendees will also be required to complete a health screening including a temperature check. Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or who has been asked by state or local health officials to self-quarantine should not come to campus. Physically distanced seating will be available in the meeting rooms and will be limited. The public may also witness the meetings via phone. There will be no opportunity for public comment either by attendees at the primary meeting location or by remote participants.
