W&M Board of Visitors to Meet on August 25
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on August 25, 2020 in Hunter Hall in the Alumni House, located at 500 Richmond Road. The Committee on Financial Affairs will convene at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time, and the full Board meeting will begin at 1 p.m. and conclude by 4 p.m. Eastern Time. The full Board meeting will be held in open and closed sessions. All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary.
In accordance with Va. Code §2.2-3708.2.D, the public may witness the meetings by attending in person or remotely. Anyone who attends in person is required to wear a face mask the entire time they are inside the building. Attendees will also be required to complete a health screening including a temperature check and a brief health questionnaire. Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or who has been asked by state or local health officials to self-quarantine should not come to campus. Physically distanced seating will be available in the meeting room and a telephone broadcast of the meeting will be provided to an overflow room that is similarly spaced. The public may also witness the meeting by dialing 888-316-9412 and entering participant code 6330545. There will be no opportunity for public comment either by attendees at the primary meeting location or by remote participants.
