W&M Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg April 24 to 26
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on April 24-26, 2019.
Committee meetings will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 in the Board Room and Board Conference Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:15 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the Mason School Executive Dining Room, located at 101 Ukrop Way.
On Thursday, April 25, committee meetings will resume at 7:30 a.m.. in Blow Hall and recess by approximately 11:00 a.m.. At 11:15 a.m.., the Board will attend a dedication of Munford Plaza in the area in front of Swem Library, located at 400 Landrum Drive. At noon, the Board will participate in a Drum Circle with The Lemon Project and have lunch on the McLeod Tyler Wellness Center Patio, located at 240 Gooch Drive. Committee meetings will resume in Blow Hall at approximately 1:15 p.m. and are scheduled to conclude by 5:00 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., the Board will attend a faculty reception and picnic dinner in the Wren Yard, located at 111 Jamestown Road.
On Friday, April 26, committee meetings will resume at 8:15 a.m.. in Blow Hall. The full Board meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m.. and should conclude at approximately 11:00 a.m., to be followed by lunch at 11:30 a.m..
