Campus forum to be held April 3

Dear William & Mary community,
This August, we will embark on a strategic planning effort to forge a vibrant, sustainable future. As we move forward, campus forums – building on last semester’s Thinking Forward conversations – will provide regular venues for sustained collaboration, reflection and learning.
The Structure: Campus Forums as an Opportunity for Listening
We’ll gather twice a semester, in the weeks leading up to Board of Visitors meetings, to explore topics of interest around university initiatives. After the Board meets, I’ll reflect back and convey updates through a campus message.
April 3 Forum: Strategic Planning: Designing a Process
Our first forum will be April 3 at 3:30 p.m. in the Sadler Center’s Tidewater Room. We will share overarching goals for the strategic planning process and discuss the already underway work of Tiger Teams – small, agile groups with domain expertise, tasked with developing substantive, high-impact ideas in preparation for strategic planning.
