W&M Board of Visitors to meet Sept. 26-28
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on Sept. 26-28, 2018.
Committee meetings will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 26, in the Board room at Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a reception and dinner at the Mason School of Business, located at 101 Ukrop Way.
On Thursday, Sept. 27, meetings will resume at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 11:15 a.m. The Board will then attend a student panel in the multipurpose of the Integrative Wellness Center, located at 230 Goochland Dr. The Board will break for lunch at 12:45 p.m. at Sadler Center in Chesapeake A, located at 200 Stadium Dr. At 2 p.m., meetings will resume at Blow Hall until approximately 5:15 p.m. At 5:45 p.m., the Board will meet in the Blue Room in the Sir Christopher Wren Building, located at 111 Jamestown Rd. The recitation of the Board pledge, pinning of new members, and signing of the board roster book will be immediately followed by a reception and dinner in the Great Hall of Wren.
On Friday, Sept. 28, meetings will resume at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude at approximately 11:45 a.m. The Board will then have lunch at noon in the Board Dining Room in Blow Hall. The Board will tour ITPIR located at 427 Scotland St., from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
