W&M Board of Visitors to meet April 18-20
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on April 18-20, 2018.
Committee meetings will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in the Board Room and Board Conference Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:15 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Ct.
On Thursday, April 19, the meetings will resume at 7:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and recess by approximately 11:45 a.m. The Board will then attend a dedication of the 50th and 100th anniversary plaques on the Wren Portico, located at 111 Jamestown Rd. At 1:00 p.m. the Board will have lunch and take a tour of the Special Collections Research Center in Swem Library, located at 400 Landrum Dr. Committee meetings will resume in Blow Hall at 3:00 p.m. and are scheduled to conclude by 5:15 p.m. The Board will then attend a faculty reception and picnic dinner on the Wren Portico & in the Wren Courtyard at 5:30 p.m.
On Friday, April 20, meetings will resume at 7:45 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude at approximately 12:15 p.m. Following the meetings the Board will have lunch with students in Blow Hall Room 201.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
