William & Mary Board of Visitors to hold retreat Aug. 9-10, 2018
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will hold a retreat on Aug. 9-10, 2018. The purpose of the meeting is to serve as the annual planning retreat for members of the Board.
On Thursday, Aug. 9, the retreat will begin at 11 a.m. at the Moton Conference Center, located at 6498 Allmondsville Road in Gloucester, Virginia, and is scheduled to conclude by 6 p.m. The Board will then attend a cookout on the grounds of Moton at 6:30 p.m.
On Friday, Aug. 10, the meetings will resume at 9 a.m. at W&M's Virginia Institute of Marine Science, located at 1375 Greate Road in Gloucester Point, Virginia, and should conclude by 12:30 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
