Safety note
Dear Students,
You may see some extra security on campus tonight and I wanted to let you know why.
A set of master, facility keys has been reported to William & Mary Police as lost or possibly stolen. Because these keys could provide access to rooms in any of the residence halls but One Tribe Place, I have decided to increase security personnel and patrols on campus. This step is being taken out of an abundance of caution until we can complete our investigation and facilities management and residence life can determine the best next course of action. The safety of each of you is our paramount concern.
I will update you as soon as I can with next steps. Until then, know that every measure is being taken to keep you and your belongings safe. As always, should you see anything suspicious please contact William & Mary Police at (757) 221-4596.
