Ravi M. Gupta (Religious Studies), a previous participant, introduced the ancient Sanskrit term, Rasa (the intense
emotion achieved during a powerful performance), and asked Bhasin and Wiley where they think Rasa can be found – in the author or
composer, in the story or plot, or in the audience.
