Minoring in Mathematics

A minor in mathematics can complement almost any other area of study and will open career paths that would otherwise remain closed. The requirements for a minor in mathematics at W&M are extremely flexible so that students may tailor the degree to best match their interests and long-term goals.

To declare a minor, first complete the Declaration of Academic Minor Application form [pdf], then submit the completed form to the Mathematics Department Office for approval. After the form has been approved and signed by the Minor advisor, deliver the form to the Registrar's Office.
