Title: Effects of nucleophile strength on selectivity in BiBr3 catalyzed cyclic ether construction
Why W&M for graduate work?
I wanted a smaller program providing a good learning environment.
Best aspect of the M.S. program?
In addition to my research supervisor, the professors inthe department were always willing to help with any research issues that arose.
Current Plans
I will start the Ph.D. program in organic chemistry at the University of Utah in Fall, 2012. Afterwards, I plan to do a post-doc then seek an industrial position.
