Faculty Handbook
The Faculty Handbook of William & Mary defines faculty roles in the university and provides information on faculty rights, responsibilities and protections. In particular, it specifies the nature of and processes for faculty appointments hiring, evaluation, tenure and promotion and leaves. All faculty members are encouraged to become familiar with the contents of the Handbook, which is the foundational document for all these issues.
